IOSC meeting at Philatex Extra in London at the RHS Hall: at 12:45-14:45pm in Room 21.
For members to get together, particularly those from overseas to meet and chat. So far I expected to turn up are John Shawley (Australia), Steve Pendleton (USA). If anyone wishes to bring anything to display, please do, frames will be available.
